Adra Architecture offers a broad range of architectural services to guide you from the initial conception of your project through to its completion.
DESIGN PROCESS AND DELIVERABLES
The process of designing, bidding, and building a new construction project is typically divided into several phases. This allows the space layout and general building design to be studied and approved before developing further detail in the design and documentation.
In each phase, I will complete several design tasks to advance the design toward a set of Construction Documents that can be used to permit, bid, and construct the project.
I will deliver a presentation package of drawings and other documents at the end of each phase for you to approve before proceeding to the next phase.

OWNER INVOLVEMENT AND MEETINGS
Your involvement is crucial in each of phase of design. Through a series of conversational one-on-one meetings, I will help you to realize your unique vision for your project.
I will present design concepts in easy-to-understand formats including hand sketches, printed drawings, and interactive three-dimensional computer models.
My meeting notes will document decisions and clearly identify critical tasks to be completed by all team members to keep the project coordinated and on schedule.
BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION
During bidding and construction, I will collaborate with contractors to communicate the design intent, observe the quality of the work, and advocate for your interests in contractor negotiations.
A team-based approach to construction administration can best ensure that our shared vision is well-executed in the constructed project.
